Abstract EN

Gender has formed its dialectical in Western society.

After that, the dialectic of Arab thought came that increased the issue between the both gender.

Then the problem increased even more in light of the control of extremist groups over the Iraqi community of Nineveh.

Therefore, it was necessary to shed light on this problem in order to reach the goal of clarifying the negative aspects of this phenomenon and to empower the gender civic away from the intellectual ideologies.

Although many studies indicate the existence of this problem in the general human community, there are many causes, some of which are political, legal, traditional, and others in general and our Iraqi society including the Nineveh one in particular, specifically during the period when these groups' control of Nineveh, as the suffering was great for both sexes and for women in a more cruel and bitter way, where oppression, compulsion and assassination of their social quality and the confescation of most of their rights.

Many civil non-governmental organizations have tried to enable gender in their integration in many areas of social life olutely from their specializations through many activities and civic events such as courses, workshops, lectures, seminars, conferences and material empowerment, however, all of these activities did not reach the required level and the extent of the intended marginalization for reasons including social, cultural, legal, political, etc.
