Self Learning SkillsTo achieve the objectives of the research, the purdie measure of self – learning and editing ( Ahmed 2007 ) for the Arab environment consisted of (28 ) paragraphs evenly divided into four skills, and the stability factor was calculated by the alpha kronbach equation, where the stability factor of the self – learning scale ( 89 % )was calculated.

The results showed that there are statistically significant differences in the two variables self – regulated learning skills, in achievement and in the interest of males in the bioscience branch at the expense of males in the literary branch, In light of these findings, the research made some recommendations and suggestions
