This Study Objective To Analyzing Implications Of The Salary Localization of Employees Working In the Governmental Sector (The Ministry 0f Education ) In the Governmental And Private Banks And Acceptance Customer (Employees) Automated Teller Card For Being In A way modern Technology Objective making Easy Dealing With Banks, And Lessening Time And Effort That Search Problem Has arisen In The Difficulty Of Dealing With Credit Cards And ِATMs And The Failure To Provide Some Services Such As The Ability To Pay Bills And Transfer From One Account To Another And The Weakness Of The Internet In Automated Teller Machines, The researcher Reached The Conclusion That Some Clients Do Not Deal With These Technology Weakness Of Some Services Provided To The Customer And For That Banks Actually Do Awareness Of The Using Of Credit Cards ATMs, And To Provide More Banking Services With High Efficiency Speed And effectiveness To Provide The Customer With Banking Services According To His Desire.
