The importance of the research is attributed to the growing concern in the world with the quality of services and the safety of the environment; because of its impact on reducing environmental pollution, which would negatively affect the performance of the rituals of the guests of Rahman.

This study, entitled "The Impact of the Quality of Environmental Safety Services on the Performance of the Rituals of the Pilgrims, an Applied Sharia's Study", showed what is meant by the quality of environmental safety services, and that quality is an authentic Islamic principle.

Sharia came with many legislations that urge the care and safety of the environment, its preservation from everything that might harm or spoil it, and its development, and reform, as well as the enactment of penalties for those who viiolated it.

The quality of environmental service has a significant impact on improving the guest's journey to perform Hajj.
