Concerning the subject of our discussion in the Parliament are the ninth electoral cycle "June 12 1939 - June 9 1943 AD", and the tenth electoral cycle "October 9, 1943 - May 31, 1946 AD", and the role of the Baghdad MPs in education issues within the parliament through their interventions and their posing of problems Education in Iraq in order to try to reform it and find solutions and alert the thirteen governments that accompanied the time period for the two electoral cycles, including those issues raised by the educational policy, the phenomenon of widespread illiteracy, the budget of knowledge, the lack of numbers and lack of schools in parts of Iraq, especially the rural areas, and the lack of educational staff, despite the surrounding The country from exceptional circumstances occupied the attention of Parliament sessions due to the economic crisis from the effects of the Second World War (1939-1945 AD) as well as the internal political conditions that were exemplified by the Maes movement in 1941 and the effects that followed which made interest in education a secondary thing in front of the political and economic situations before Governments or Parliament, but the Baghdad MPs were able to alert, embarrass, criticize, and lay out solutions in front of various ministries during the two sessions now.
