The current study aimed to identify the indicators of total quality management from the viewpoint of Sakhnin College students in Jerusalem.
The sample of the study consisted of (53) male and female students from Sakhnin College for Teacher Qualification in Jerusalem during the academic year 2019-2020, they were chosen in a simple, random way.
The study used the comprehensive quality management indicators scale prepared by the researcher after reviewing the studies and the measures related to the subject of the study.
The results showed that the arrangement of the areas of total quality management indicators from the point of view of the study sample members was as follows: The first rank is the field of quality preparation requirements in education, and the second rank is the field of monitoring and developing the educational process, and the third rank is the field of community service and labor market, and the third rank.
Finally, the field of quality control and evaluation ranked fourth and last.
The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the averages of the responses of the study sample individuals towards the indicators of total quality management attributed to the sex and specialty variables.
Based on the results of this study, a number of recommendations were made for decision makers, including that the college seeks to establish a permanent relationship with its graduates to benefit from their observations and opinions on the requirements of the labor market, as they represent the link between the college and society.
In addition to recommending similar studies dealing with other variables such as the student's GPA, housing area, and others
