This study aimed to identify management information systems, in terms of its dimensions: (hardware, software, networks, individuals, and data) and its impact on human resource management functions in its dimensions: (planning, employment, development, compensation, and performance evaluation) and in the presence of knowledge management As a modified variable in Jordanian telecom companies, and to achieve the goals of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire that included (66) items, to collect the primary data from the study sample consisting of (250) individuals from different levels of management in the Jordanian telecom companies, and in light of this data was collected, analyzed and tested Assumptions using the package Statistics for Social Sciences (SPSS), and many statistical method s were used to achieve the goals of the study and reach its results.

The study reached a number of results, the most prominent of which are: There is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (a ≤ 0.05) for administrative information systems in terms of their combined dimensions (hardware, software, networks, individuals, data) on the functions of human resources management in terms of their combined dimensions (human resource planning, employment, development, Compensation, performance appraisal), in Jordanian cellular communications companies.

The presence of a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) for knowledge management in improving the impact of management information systems on human resource management functions in Jordanian telecom companies.

Based on the interpretation of the results, a number of recommendations were reached, the most important of which are: The necessity of constantly developing devices and networks to increase the competitive value of each Jordanian telecommunications company.

The need to link Jordanian telecom companies between the performance appraisal process and the compensation process offered to employees.

Focusing on the use of training and development methods by Jordanian telecommunications companies using the latest technology and for all levels of management
