studying the pre-contractual stage particularly with regards to international commercial transactions and international trade through the regulatory framework of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for International Sales of Goods (CISG) emphasis on good faith.
Furthermore, the significance of reaching a mutually acceptable and fair understanding, and even drafts of ensuing agreement between contracting parties.
The aim is to explore the utility maximising approaches, processes and methods in reaching a fair deal amongst contracting parties.
Finally, discussing prerequisites facilitating successful negotiations at pre-contractual stage such as the skills of negotiation, a good communication and letter of intent, bargaining capacity, compromise, a good application and presentation, finally reaching the agreement.
