Abstract EN

This research is the subject of the provisions of saffir in Islamic jurisprudence.

It is one of the jurisprudential issues that are frequently asked about, and there is a lot of talk between the mujawaz and ma'an and issued a variety of fatwas from all parties, so we wanted to write in this topic to show the total of the quoted statements and discuss them to reach the correct opinion.

This research is divided into an introduction and four demands and its conclusion: First requirement: Definition of sapphires.

The second requirement: saffir in the Holy Quran.

The third requirement: the sayings of the fuqaha 'in saffir.

Fourth requirement: Discussion of words.

After this tour, I summarized the main findings of these demands in the following.
