The development of industrial and economic life has a significant impact on legal legislation, in order to work to ensure recognition of the rights of individual and group inventors and innovators, by ensuring that they keep pace with developments and developments in the fields of science and discoveries.

As most Arab legislations worked, similar to the relevant international legislations, to provide recognition to inventors and innovators of the rights over their inventions in various fields, if the conditions that the invention required to obtain a patent were fulfilled.

The idea of the invention is based mainly on the creativity reached by the inventor or worker in the field of industrial work, and it is the inventor's certificate that is registered with bodies concerned with the protection of intellectual property, and these inventions are protected by either patent law or labor law.

The patent is the legal means to confer legal protection on the invention, and this protection is the title deed for its owner, and the consequent limitations of the invention being restricted and benefiting from it by legal means for its owner or whoever wants it.
