The legislation of the countries differs greatly among them regarding the ownership of property by foreigners in the territory of the state, and the reason for this dispute is the established principles in international law that leave each country the freedom to distinguish between its nationals and foreigners.

Likewise, according to its circumstances and the extent of the importance it attaches to foreign ownership of real estate from an economic, social, political and security point of view, as well as to restrict foreign ownership of some real estate and movables of special importance by preserving its economic and social entity within the country.
