He established the first club for Iraqi women in 1923, and it was called (Al-Nahda Women's Club).

It paved its way to existence.

The most prominent participants in it were some female workers in the feminist field, such as the wife of Abdul Rahman Pasha Al-Haidari, the wife of Mr.

Nuri Pasha Al-Saeed and the wife of Mr.

Jaafar Al-Askari, the head of the ministry at the time and Mrs.

Naima Sultan Hammouda.

The wife of Sheikh Ahmad Al-Daoud and Mrs.

Asma Al-Zahawi, sister of the poet Professor Jamil Sidqi Al-Zahawi, Miss Hassiba Jaafar Bey and Miss Paulina Hassoun, the owner of (Leila Magazine), and they decided to call for a club like you to unite women and teach the girl to become an effective member of community service.

This call was accepted with a strong response from the conservative men, they raised their voices and told their fanaticism that they began to complain about the forum to the government, which prevented its continuation, as it was closed in 1932.

Despite the closure of the Al-Nahda Feminist Club, its impact has become evident, especially among the women who belonged in its ranks and completed their work journey and highlighted the role of women in Iraqi society and became a shining example to him.

Finally, it became clear to the world that the nation does not rise and the required success does not succeed unless its men and women in the world cooperate, especially if they are sufficiently educated.

Therefore, all nations are racing to educate their daughters and improve the condition of their women many years ago.
