Responsibilitiy in general is one of the most important foundations in society becouse it enters in to all relationships of in this paper we shed light on the legal responsibility of the department as a legal person and show the most important, we have dividedthis research in to two papers that show first the concept of management responsibility and in two, we devote to the responsibility of management on the basic of responsibility scection shows the bases of responsibility mangement without error and in two demands we show in the first basis of responsibility mangement without error, in two demands, we show in the first basis the responsibility of management without error.
