The current study deals with the master's rights in dealing with the orphans' possessions through the donation bonds.

It shows how the Islamic Sharee'a is assiduous to estimate orphans and keeps their possessions.

The Glorious Qur'an calls for caring for orphans and so does the Prophets Tradition (Hadeeth).

The Islamic Share'a warned against offending orphans and allows the legal guardian to deal with the orphan's possessions within agreed limits.

The study shows such limits and it is divided into an introduction and two sections.

The first section tackles the legal guardian right limits in dealing with the orphans' possessions.

The second section discusses the legal guardians dealing with the orphans' possessions with regard to donation bonds.

It includes the guardians lending some of the orphan's money and his donation of such money as charity.
