Abstract EN

The Orientalist Brockelmann is one of the great German Orientalists who researched and wrote about Islamic history, especially regarding the biography of the prophet Mohammed (al-Mustafa) (peace upon him ).

But when we looked at his book (the history of the Islamic peoples - the subject of the study, we found incorrect ideas and discussions that lead us to make an enquiry how had these ideas and discussions been issued by a great and famous historian in the field of scientific research? Therefore, we chose this subject to be our study project under the title (biography of the Prophet in the book of the history of Islamic peoples for Karl Brookman), that includes three axes, the first axis is the Brockelmann's position of the Prophet's biography before the mission, the second axis has shown his position on the Prophet's mission, while in the axis third, we reveal his position on the migration of the Prophet (peace upon him ) to al-Madena where he established the Islamic State therein.

In this study, the researcher has reached to several results, most important of which are: 1.

In his study of the Prophet's biography, Brockmann was not objective.

He launched an attack on Islamic sanctuaries and threw out the flawed accusations that touched the Muslim faith.

It also touched the person of the Prophet (Peace upon him) as it came with false accounts and articles rushing to take them as proof of his point of view.2.

It was clear to us through this study of what Brockelmann maintain of malice and maliciousness against Islam and its men.

We have responded to all these ideas with logics, argument and reason when we feel there is a deviation from rationality in his book.
