Abstract EN

This study aimed to evaluate School Principals' performance during distance learning stage from the teachers' point of view in Jerusalem.

The study also aimed to evaluate the degree of differences of School Principals' performance evaluation according to the variables (gender, academic qualification, administrative experience, educational institution, level of study).To achieve these goals, the researchers used an electronic questionnaire about the performance of school principals.

After verifying its validity and consistency.

It was distributed to a sample of (200) teachers in governmental and Private schools which follows the Palestinian Ministry of Education in Jerusalem.

The results of the study showed that School Principals' performance evaluation in distance learning stage in Jerusalem was high in all fields.

The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α≤0.05) in the average responses of the sample individuals according to the study's' variables (gender, academic qualification, administrative experience, educational institution level).

Researchers recommended the following: the necessity of providing continuous training programs for managers and teachers regrading e-learning, strengthening administrators and teachers with methods of distance learning through social media, developing distance education system continuously and keeping in touch of technological developments.
