Abstract EN

The practicing the medicine job and others jobs related to healthcare related to the stresses stemmed from many factors among them are facing the patient's sufferings and relatives with disease and cure, exposing to live and death situation.

This study searches the problem of pressures that doctors face in their work in public and private hospitals in Baghdad city.

It has been distributed the psychological questionnaire paper to doctors working in healthy institutions in Iraq/ Baghdad randomly to answer it that includes various ages and sexes who are specialists and non-specialists in the field of dentistry.

It has been used the level of professional measures according to the Arab ambience which is set by researchers.

We depend on the statistical process SPSS in addition to the results analyses via computer.

The first hypothesis shows that there are differences having statistical indications in the level of professional pressures of doctors according to social situation, in fact, this hypothesis is not suitable with the study.

The second hypothesis shows through analyses that there is statistical relationship between the professional pressure relation in seniority and the years of works, also this hypothesis has no agreement with study.

The third hypothesis shows that the first and the second hypotheses do not agree with study, in other word, the third one shows through conclusions that there are not professional pressures of doctors ascribed to the sex variable.

The results show that there is positive image to both sexes to work in healthy institutions.
