Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أثر الخفة الاستراتيجية على التجديد الاستراتيجي في الشركة العامة الصناعة الأدوية و المستلزمات الطبية العراق / سامراء، حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من كافة العاملين في الشركة العامة لصناعة الأدوية و المستلزمات الطبية العراق / سامراء، أما عينة الدراسة فقد شملت كافة الموظفين العاملين في الإدارتين العليا و الوسطى في الشركة العامة لصناعة الأدوية و المستلزمات الطبية العراق سامراء، و الذين تم اختيارهم بشكل عشوائي و البالغ عددهم (258) فرداً.
و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الكمي (الوصفي التحليلي) من خلال العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية أبرزها تحليل الانحدار المتعدد.
و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أبرزها وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للخفة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها المجتمعة (المرونة، التكيف مع البيئة المداورات الاستراتيجية) على التجديد الاستراتيجي في الشركة العامة لصناعة الأدوية و المستلزمات الطبية العراق / سامراء، بالإضافة إلى وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للخفة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها المجتمعة (المرونة، التكيف مع البيئة، السرعة، المناورات الاستراتيجية على الاستكشاف في الشركة العامة لصناعة الأدوية و المستلزمات الطبية العراق/ سامراء.
و وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للخفة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها المجتمعة (المرونة، السرعة، المناورات الاستراتيجية على زيادة الاعمال في الشركة العامة لصناعة الأدوية و المستلزمات الطبية العراق / سامراء .
و ايضاً وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للخفة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها المجتمعة (المرونة، المناورات الاستراتيجية على استثمار الفرص في الشركة العامة لصناعة الأدوية و المستلزمات الطبية العراق/ سامراء .
و في ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بـ ضرورة اهتمام الإدارة العليا بدراسة التأثير المتبادل بين الأفراد العاملين و معرفة الفوارق الفردية بينهم باتجاه إدراك مكونات الخفة الاستراتيجية.
و ضرورة الاستفادة من تجارب المصانع الدوائية الأخرى وذلك بالعمل على تحقيق زيادة في مقومات التجديد الاستراتيجي.
English Abstract
This study aimed to demonstrate the effect of Strategic Lightness on Strategic Renewal in the General Company for Medicines and Medical Supplies, Iraq / Samarra, where the study population consisted of all workers in the General Company for Medicines and Medical Supplies, Iraq / Samarra.
while The study sample included all working employees in the upper and middle departments of the State Company for Medicines and Medical Supplies, Iraq / Samarra, And those who were randomly selected (258) Individuals.
To achieve the objectives of the study, the quantitative approach (descriptive and analytical) was used through many statistical methods, most notably multiple regression analysis.
The study found a number of results, the most prominent of which is the existence of a statistically significant effect of strategic lightness with its societal impact (flexibility, Adaptation to the environment, strategic maneuvers) at the level of statistical significance for strategic renewal in the General Company for Medicines and Medical Supplies, Iraq / Samarra.
And, the presence of a statistically significant effect of strategic lightness with its societal impact (flexibility, adaptation to the environment, The speed, strategic maneuvers) at the level of statistical significance for exploration in the State Company for Medicines and Medical Supplies, Iraq / Samarra.
And the presence of a statistically significant effect of strategic lightness with its societal impact (flexibility, The speed, strategic maneuvers) at the level of statistical significance for Entrepreneurship in the General Company for Medicines and Medical Supplies Iraq / Samarra.
And the presence of a statistically significant effect of strategic lightness with its societal effect (flexibility, strategic maneuvers) at the level of statistical significance on Investment opportunities in the General Company for Medicines and Medical Supplies Iraq / Samarra.
According to the results, the study recommended, the need for higher management to study the mutual influence between working individuals and to know the individual differences between them, towards realizing the components of strategic lightness.
And the need to benefit from the experiences of other pharmaceutical factories by working to achieve an increase in the elements of strategic renewal.
