Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على أثر رأس المال الفكري على الأداء التنظيمي دراسة تطبيقية على المستشفيات الخاصة في عمان، كما بينت الدراسة أبعاد رأس المال الفكري المتمثلة في (رأس المال البشري، رأس المال الهيكلي رأس المال الاجتماعي)، إضافة إلى أبعاد الأداء التظيمي المتمثلة في العمليات الداخلية تحقيق الأهداف، رضا الزبائن، و تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (77) سبعة و سبعون موظفاً من العاملين في الإدارات العليا و الوسطى و الدنيا في المستشفيات الخاصة في عمان.

و استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج مفادها أن رأس المال الفكري بأبعاده جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، كما بينت النتائج أن الأداء التنظيمي بأبعاده جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، أما فيما يتصل بالفرضيات تبين وجود أثر ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a≤0.05) ل رأس المال الفكري بأبعاده على الأداء التنظيمي، و بينت النتائج أن أبعاد رأس المال الفكري لا تشكل مقداراً متساوياً من الأهمية النسبية في المستشفيات الخاصة في عمان عند مستوى(a≤0.05) و بناءً عليه أوصت الدراسة بضرورة اكتساب المستشفيات الخاصة في عمان لأليات رأس المال الفكري من منطلق تحسين مستوى الجودة، و تشجيع الإبداع و لمرونة في الأداء التنظيمي.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effect of intellectual capital on the organizational performance, an applied study on private hospitals in Amman, as the study showed the dimensions of the intellectual capital represented in (human capital, structural capital, social capital), in addition to the organizational performance dimensions represented in (Internal operations, achieving goals, customer satisfaction), and a random sample of (77) seventy-seven employees from the upper, middle and lower departments of the private hospitals in Amman was chosen.t he study used the descriptive and analytical approach, and it reached a set of results that the intellectual capital in it's dimensions came to a high degree, and the results also showed that the organizational performance in it's dimensions was of a high degree, as for the hypotheses, it was found that there is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (0.05).

The intellectual capital has its dimensions on the organizational performance, and the results showed that the dimensions of the intellectual capital dose not constitute an equal amount of relative importance in private hospitals in Amman at the level of (0.05).

Accordingly, the study recommended the necessity for private hospitals in Amman to acquire mechanisms of intellectual capital, with the aim of improving quality, encouraging creativity, and flexibility in organizational performance.
