This Study aims to the Role of job enrichment in supporting organizational agility Via an empirical study at the Drinking Water Company in Alexandria.
The Independent variable is "job enrichment", while the dependent variable is "organizational agility" with its dimensions, sensing agility, decision making and practice agility, The problem of the study is to realize the extent to which the dimensions of job enrichment in the company under study and its role in supporting the application of organizational agility, After conducting statistical analysis and testing the hypotheses of the study through SPSS, it was concluded to accept the hypothesis regarding the existence of relationship between job enrichment and organizational agility with all its dimensions, It was also concluded to accept the second hypothesis regarding the existence of difference in the relationships between the variables according to the difference in the demographic qualitative factors, Finally, the study presented a set of recommandations which focus on the necessity of activating the dimensions of job enrichment to support organizational agility
