English Abstract

-The research is investigating experimentally the impact of multi- techniques in EFL teaching on students’ achievement at Baghdad University.

the present research has chosen three techniques (individuals, pairs and groups work) in teaching English.

Students at Colleges of Physical Educations should learn and know many sports and equipment.

Thus, they need difficulties in memorizing these sports specially many ESP teachers use lists of sports students should learn and memorized .

It is hypothesizes that there aren't any statistically significant differences among three experimental groups taught ESP by (individuals, pairs, and groups work techniques).

An experimental has been designed with four groups of 91 students (three experimental groups and one among pilot study) from fourth year stage, in school of education and Sciences Sport for Women/ Baghdad University.

The experimental time has lasted three months (15 lectures, 1 hour pre a week) .

After analyzing the results statistically, it's been found that there are statistical significant differences among the three groups which are taught ESP with three different techniques.

The results indicate that the pairs work technique is effective over groups work and individual techniques.

Accordingly, Colleges are recommended to use pairs, groups, individuals work techniques as they're effective in taught ESP rather than the standard one.
