Abstract EN

This study aims to investigate the impact of organizational excellence on the relationship between strategic management and crisis management at the Social Work Foundation in Qatar.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a measure was constructed to determine the impact of organizational excellence on the relationship between strategic management and crisis management.

Moreover, the validity and credibility of the measure were verified.

The sample of the current study consists of 196 employees working at the Qatari Social Work Foundation; they were selected in simple random sample.

The results of the study revealed that the responses of the subjects to the paragraphs related to the strategic management are at a high level in all its dimensions (design, data collection, implementation, and evaluation), The results also showed that the responses to the organizational excellence paragraphs have reached a high level of evaluation, Moreover, it has been shown by the results of the study that the crisis management scored a high level of evaluation, The results also showed that while there is no statistically significant impact of the organizational excellence on the relationship between the strategic management in all its dimensions (design, data collection, implementation, and evaluation) and the crisis management at the Qatari Social Work Foundation.
