This study aimed to examine the impact of innovative leadership practices and strategic intelligence on crisis management strategies in Qatari public institutions, while the analytical descriptive approach adopted.
The study population composed of leaders in Qatari public institutions, represented by job titles like managers, assistant managers, and heads of departments.
A simple random sample was withdrawn from the study population which reached 327 employees working in the public sector, whom the study questionnaire was distributed to them and (86.05%) of the questionnaires were valid for statistical analysis.
In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed to collect data from the analytical unit, the Social Statistical Sciences Package (SPSS V.25) was adopted and a number of statistical methods used, including: mean, standard deviations, and multiple regression, the inflation factor and the coefficient of variation.
The most important results reached in this study that there is statistically significant impact of innovative leadership in its dimensions in crisis management strategies, and there is an impact of innovative leadership in its dimensions on strategic intelligence.
As it shown that there is also an effect of strategic intelligence on crisis management strategies in Qatari public institutions.
The study recommended the need for Qatari public institutions to focus on creating strong relationships with strategic partners in the internal Qatari environment and in the external environment.
In order to, the need to pay attention to learning and growth strategies through training employees on new ways and methods of work and generating creative ideas, and trying to inform them of the new methods and pioneering knowledge in the field of institutions works.
