Strategic planning is an urgent necessity and an effective tool for doing business, achieving it, and ensuring that it reaches its goals in the highest possible degree of efficiency and effectiveness.
This study seeks to introduce the importance of strategic planning in the educational process through the reality of strategic planning in educational institutions, identifying the causes of failure and proposing possible solutions to the obstacles to the strategic plan, in addition to presenting the programs and initiatives contained in the strategic plan and then addressing risk management.
This study has presented the importance of Follow-up, evaluation, and identification of its means and steps.
This study relied on the appropriate descriptive analytical approach.
At the end of the research, a summary of the study was presented and many findings and recommendations were clarified.
