Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على اثر الرقابة الاستراتيجية على تحقيق الاداء الاجتماعي في امانة عمان الكبرى، كما بينت الدراسة أبعاد الرقابة الاستراتيجية المتمثلة في (تحديد المعايير، قياس الأداء الفعلي تقييم الاداء الاستراتيجي)، إضافة إلى أبعاد الأداء الاجتماعي المتمثلة في تمكين العاملين، بيئة العمل العملاء متلقي الخدمه، و تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (84) اربعه و ثمانين موظفا من العاملين في الإدارات العليا و الوسطى و الدنيا في امانه عمان الكبرى.

و استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و توصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج مفادها أن الرقابة الاستراتيجة بأبعادها جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، كما بينت النتائج أن الأداء الاجتماعي بأبعاده جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، أما فيما يتصل بالفرضيات تبين وجود أثر ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05) ل الرقابة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها على الأداء الاجتماعي، و بينت النتائج أن أبعاد الرقابة الاستراتيجية لا تشكل مقداراً متساوياً من الأهمية النسبية في امانة عمان الكبرى عند مستوى (0.05).

و بناءً عليه أوصت الدراسة بضرورة اكتساب امانة عمان الكبرى لآليات الرقابة الاستراتيجية، من منطلق تحسين مستوى الجودة، و تحديد المعايير، و تمكين العاملين، و قياس الأداء القلعي في الاداء الاجتماعي.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effect of strategic control on the achieving social performance of the Greater Amman Municipality, and the study also showed the dimensions of strategic control represented in (Setting standards, measuring actual performance, evaluating strategic performance), In addition to the achieving social performance dimensions represented in (Empowering the workers, the work environment, the customers receiving the service ( and a random sample consisting of (84) of employees working in the upper, middle and lower departments of the Greater Amman Municipality was chosen.

The study used the descriptive-analytical method, and reached a set of results that the strategic control with its combined dimensions came with a high degree, as the results showed that the achieving social performance with its combined dimensions came with a high degree, while in relation to the hypotheses it was found that there was a statistically impact at the level of significance )0.05) to strategic control with their dimensions on achieving social performance, The results showed that the dimensions of achieving social performance do not constitute an equal amount of relative importance in the Greater Amman Municipality at the level )0.05).

).

Accordingly, the study recommended the necessity for the Greater Amman Municipality to acquire strategic control mechanisms, with a view to improving quality, setting standards, empowering workers, and measuring operational performance in social performance.
