Abstract EN

This study aims to identify crime of initiation in general.

Then it transferred into definition of initiation into crimes of honor , immoral offense and raping .

This study shows elements of crime then the punishments that stratify on the criminals who commits one of these crimes in accordance with law panels in Egypt , Syria and Jordan also it refers to cases In which the Legislator strengthen the punishment.

In this study the researcher followed the descriptive analytical method in addition to the comparative approach where The subject of initiation into honor, crimes has been argued through a comparative study between the Jordanian, Egyptian and Syrian panel laws which they are in sequence, the Jordanian panel law no.

16 for the year 1960 and its amendments ,the Egyptian panel law no.

58 for the year 1937 and its amendments and the Syrian panel law no.

148 for the year 1949 and its amendments.

This study has reached to a set of results and recommendations and the most important are the legitimations that have been studied in progression on the initiating into felonies but not progression into infractions.
