It is known that industry is one of the basic pillars of the economy, and like the rest of the ancient peoples have excelled in the ancient Iraqis in this area and have diversified the industries called for by the daily need of man, including the manufacture of soap, which is a chemical industry, which needs to know the extraction of some materials and mix them together to form a substance Other more effective, has been able to the ancient sophisticated use of soap- like materials in the cleaning operations were leading the use of detergents, as evidenced by archaeological findings and written texts dating back to the third millennium BC.

M which illustrates the use of animal and vegetable oils with tree ash to form a soap material used in cleaning operations.
