The lineages of the Disequilibrium to the Iraqi economy during the period 1970-2019 through many channels: the first is the deep structural imbalance in its economic structural, which was demonstrated by the adoption of oil as a source of economic growth, and the second is the clash of the unemployment problem after 2003, and the third is the chronic imbalance in the general budget, and the fourth is the widening gap in domestic and external resources.

It is on secret that this disequilibrium, with its various channels, has stopped an insurmountable obstacle facing the wheels of development in Iraq, which has become imperative to address decisively and dismantle its various sources to start the path of sustainable development.
