Abstract EN

This research deals with: studying and investigating the chapter on guardians and competent persons to a chapter on the agency with marriage from the book “Al Re'aya Fi Tajreed Masa'el Al Hidaya” By Shams Al-Din ibn Al-Aqrab Al-Hanafi: (D.774 AH), in the Hanafi Fiqh, the research included issues of competence, and in the agency with marriage, and the research came in a study section and it contains two topics: the first topic is divided into five demands, and the second topic is divided into three demands, and an investigative section: It contains one study and includes two demands.
