The research studies the second Gulf crisis represented by the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait in 1990, and its repercussions on Egyptian policy, as well as the position of the United States of America regarding it, as Egypt and the United States stood with Kuwait in rejection of the invasion currency.

Egypt became a geographical corridor of the United States of America that wanted to implement its policy towards the Middle East, on the other hand, Egypt benefited from financial aid from the United States of America, as well as Egypt's emergence as a defender of Arab interests.
