The study dealt with the attitude of the United Arab Emirates toward the Palestinian issue for the period 2004-2020, and from the standpoint of the established historical foundations towards the modern and contemporary Palestinian cause, through which the focus is on the most important events and important milestones that begin with Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed assuming power in UEA, And his declaration of the state's continuation of its position towards the state of Palestine, as well as the struggle for power there (the brotherhood struggle) 2006.

The events after the Arab Spring 2010 and the Israeli attacks on the Gaza Sector, the West Bank and refugee camps in 2014 until the signing of the UAE-Israeli peace agreements 2019-2020, which is called the deal of the century, as well as the Emirati-Israeli normalization and the role of the Palestinian Authority towards the normalization process, are distinguished, with sensitivity, which some described as the timid stances by the Emirates, which described the agreement as being purely economic and with the Palestinian cause and the Palestinian people as an independent state.
