Abstract EN

The Judicial proceeding issued in contravention of the legal model set by the legislator entails a general sanction, which is invalidity and bust, and therefore in order to avoid the sanction of invalidity and non-punitive proceeding against the Judicial action, we have dealt with the issue of prevention of procedural sanctions and the consequences of this prevention, the consequences of this prevention, the reduction of the effects of invalidity and correction of the Judicial proceeding that was issued contrary to the legal model, where we addressed the statement of what the procedural sanction is and its scope, as well as the statement of preventive measures to reduce the work of procedural sanctions and we have conclude a number of results and recommendations at the end of the research that may lead to the reduction of cases of invalidity and procedural sanction.
