The President of the Turkish Republic "Ismat Inonu", declared in a speech before the members of the Turkish National Council in November 1945, that he was ready to make adjustments to the political system, due to the changing circumstances in the world after the Second World War (1939_1945).

Ismat Inonu announced that the main deficit that occurred in the system of one-party rule is the result of the ence of opposition and multiparty, especially that Turkey after the Second World War faced a deterioration in its economic, financial and living conditions, which created confusion in the society, and this in turn led to grumbling between The classes of Turkish society, especially the peasants, workers and craftsmen who have begun to demand a change in the structure of the political and economic system in Turkey.

In spite of that Ismat Inonu succeeded in removing the Second World War from his country, but he could not drive the effects of that war, which cast a shadow on the Turkish society in its various classes, as well as external factors and international changes that were born by the circumstances of that war and applying the will of the United Nations and also after two decades of One-party rule, Inuno was obliged to declare multi-party and allow the establishment of new parties in Turkey such as the Democratic Party and the Umma Party.
