Abstract EN

This research illustrates the vocal performance of Arab satellite channels which are directed towards children, "an analytical descriptive study.

" The program, Nam Al-Qamar, has been taken as an applied model for this study presented to pre-school aged children.

The reason behind choosing this topic is to shed light on the importance of Arab satellite channels in the acquisition of children's mother tongue, and the development of their skills and linguistic abilities.

Also, they are seen as making a major contribution to children's education through the broadcasted programs.

The researcher studies one of these programs, namely 'Nam Al-Qamar', whose story is presented and narrated by a woman and a man as having different vocal performances.

The present research depends on the descriptive and analytical method and preparing tables that would help in the analysis and extracting the findings of the research.
