This research aimed to identify the reason of the low achievement of sixth grade students in the general exams from the point of view of the students in the General Directorate of AI-Qadisyia Education The research community is one of the students in the General Directorate of AI-Qadisiya Education for academic year 2018-2019 randomly, The research selected (50) supervisors, The questionnaire consisted of (52) item, which included five fields the first is the educational system, the second is the curriculum, the third relates of the student the fourth relates of the teacher and the fifths relates to the evaluation system, Honesty and consistency use spss to analyzed the results, The researcher concluded that the most important reasons for the decline in achievement are: The entry of the ministerial examination with three materials and 10 marks in the annual pursuit rates the central admission system the pursuit of the medical group the large numbers of student in the classroom, the dropout of students from the school before the end of the academic year, the lack of teachers completing curriculum in the previous stages, The law level of student information and basic knowledge they received in the previous stage, the search for the rates that ensure acceptance in the medical group the total reliance on private tutoring and speeding teacher with the material to completed within the specify period lack of scientific experience of the extension.

Traditional test method have helped to invent electronic mean of fraud.
