Analyzing the content of the Arabic language textbook for the first intermediate grade with the concerning of the job entryThe current research aims to (analyze the content of the Arabic language book for the first intermediate grade with the concerning of the job entrance) and to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher reviewed the literature and studies that dealt with the job entrance, so he formulated a standard for the functional entry consisting of (20) paragraphs, and it was presented to the experts and specialists in Arabic language approaches, of teaching methods it and specialists in language and grammar, and in light of their remarks, they deliberately added some paragraphs and modified some of them until the tool became in its final form (22) sub-paragraphs of three dimensions, namely: (Job in the text, presentation, and examples) and (Job in grammar The researcher then proceeded to analyze the content of the Arabic language book according to the paragraphs of the dimensions of the standard, and to ensure the stability of the analysis, the researcher used the method of analyzing a sample of the book with other analysts and the other by re-analysis between the researcher and himself after a specific period of (21) days By using the (Holste) equation, the rate of stability between the researcher and analysts was (0, 83) and between the researcher and himself (0.92).

to get the result, the researcher uses the repletion and the percentage of the dimentons and its indicators which compare it with the percentage of the arithmetic mean in order to know the extent of its achievement, and the search yielded the following results: The functional approach represents a general framework that did not define the learning and teaching process and content topics to be feasible and of practical and functional benefit in the lives of learners.

The content of the Arabic book focused on Qur'anic, poetic and prose examples and evidence more than its focus on linguistic structures based on the lives of learners.

The researcher recommended several recommendations, including the adoption of the functional approach when developing the content of the Arabic language book.

To complement the aspects of the current research, the researcher suggested conducting studies similar to the current study on the content of other Arabic language books.
