The world today suffers from many problemsand economic crises that bother interestedresearchers, scientists and thinkers invarious field s, planners, policy-makersand decisions in all different countries, and among those serious problems, thephenomenon of corruption, which is oneof the serious social phenomena affectingall the different aspects of the developedcountries.

And developing alike, whichis one of the biggest global problems thatinternational bodies have agreed upon athe main obstacle to achieving economicand social growth and development, whichnecessitates setting up an institutionalframework aimed at encircling this seriousproblem and addressing it, throughpractical steps represented in fightingcorruption.
