Abstract EN

The early critics took care of the judgmenton the Hadith and maintain it of whaterverreasons, which cause of weakness in metnand support, and they set up terms for itto be known as the hadith that is preservedfrom what is below it, including the term“Hadith Munkar.

” I found a numberof hadiths of the Prophet And study itsprovisions by reference to the words of inthe reasons for their ignorance in the study, And that was after explaining the conceptof (The Munkar) in the languge andterminology in a research, and explainingthe doctrines of critics in the meaning of(the Munkar Hadith).

And this subject comes out into threeresearches, to find out the meaning thatthe Imam Abu Dauod wanted from theword (Munkar).

This is after comparinghis judgment with what Ibn Al-Salah andIbn Hajar in the purposes of preserving theword (Almunkar), and I conclude with asummary of what seemed to me the purposeor the objective of Abu Daoud of (MunkarHadith).
