The violations that are being exposed and are still being exposed to the demonstrators is regrettable, and for this reason, the countries resorted to eliminating these violations by concluding international agreements expressly or not explicitly that the demonstrators must be protected, and the international community found new and effective mechanisms that contribute to their protection as a complaints system under the first additional protocol attached to the Covenant International Conference on Civil and Political Rights, as well as forcing states and the asylum of these countries with their free will to integrate international conventions on human rights that provide for the protection of demonstrators in their national legal system.
