The aim of the research is to reveal the level of school justice, and positive behavior among students distinguished school students and ordinary school students, and to identify the significance of the differences between them in the concept of school justice and positive behavior depending on the variable of the nature of the study (distinguished – normal), and to verify the nature of the correlation between school justice and positive behavior students of distinguished and ordinary school.
The research sample reached (200) male and female students, who were randomly selected from the distinguished and ordinary school students in the city of Tikrit, To achieve the research objectives, a scale was built to measure school equity, and a scale was adopted to measure positive behavior.
To process data statistically, the researcher used several statistical methods such as: Pearson correlation coefficient, chi square, T-test for one sample, T-test for two independent sample, Z-test.
, The research reached several results: The study variables are at a high level for distinguished students and at an average level for regular students, there are statistically significant differences between the individuals of the research sample, depending on the variable of the nature of the study (distinguished – normal) in the variable of school justice and positive behavior and for the benefit of distinguished students, the existences of a positive relationship behavior among the sample members, The researcher reached a number of conclusions and recommendations.
