The present research aims at identifying the effect of using learning to master critical thinking for second graders in the field of geography.

To achieve the research objective, the researcher deliberately chose the research sample and formulated the following hypothesis: There was no statistically significant difference at the level of (0, 05) between the average grades of students who are taught in the method of reteaching and the average score of students who study the method of homework in critical thinking in the geography.

The researcher was rewarded between the two groups1- grades of students in the previous grade of geography.2- The chronological age.3- Educational achievement of parents.4- Criterion of Critical Thinking.

The researcher used the critical thinking test prepared by Anbuge, which measures the components of critical thinking (conclusion, hypotheses, reasoning, interpretation, evaluation of arguments).

The researcher confirms the validity of the scale and its stability.

After determining the scientific material from the geography book to be taught for the second grade, the researcher prepared model plans for the subjects to be taught And presented to a group of experts, and after studying the researcher himself groups the material geography in the first semester, applied the posttest of critical thinking on the research sample students of the groups (the first experimental group and the second experimental group).

The researcher then analyzed the data obtained using the appropriate statistical meansTo verify the validity of the zero hypothesis, he has the following: There were statistically significant differences at the level of (0, 05) between the mean of the first experimental group studied in the reteaching method and the second experimental group studied in the style of homework in critical thinking and for the first experimental group.

Based on this finding, the researcher came up with the following conclusions: 1- The method of re-teaching positively affects the critical thinking of second-grade students.2- The use of the method of reteaching in the teaching of the subject of geography stimulates the process of thrill and focus and the use of thinking skills to connect ideas and concepts within the classroom.

In light of these results, the researcher recommended: 1- Development courses for teachers of geography in the method of reteaching.2- Conducting courses and seminars on the mechanism to develop and formulate training tests for teachers of geography.

The researcher then proposed a number of proposals, including: 1- Conduct similar studies in other study stages2- Conduct a similar study on creative thinking
