The research aimed to measure the type and direction of the relationship between shareholders rights and the revenues of banking services for a sample of Iraqi private commercial banks, which were selected in the style of the cluster sample.

The two banks elected were: the Iraqi Islamic Bank for Investment and Development, and the Kurdistan International Bank for Investment and Development.

After the process of quantitative analysis for the data of the two banks was accepted The null hypothesis in the ence of a relationship between total shareholders' rights and revenues of banking services, and reached the conclusion that the Iraqi banking sector suffers from imbalances in the structure of funding, as the Central Bank of Iraq to the bank to increase their capital In a manner that does not reflect the normal development of it, as well as the failure of the bank to hold profits during the period under investigation and for unknown reasons, and met the recommendation provided for the establishment of the Central Bank of Iraq to determine the rates of increase in capital of Iraqi banks based on the results of its work, To dispense with the current approach by imposing an increase cut off all banks.
