In addition, most International organizations conventions had referred to this principle as one of the main principles they based on, since it is related to justice and is part of the legal basis of internal and international binding pacts.

This principle is one of the general principles established in the civilized nations and is considered as a source of the general law, thus it holds any person of the general international law responsibility for any breach.
