The study aims to identify the work stress and organizational silence among the administrative employees at the Libyan Insurance Company in Benghazi, The study also aims to identify to examining the nature of the impact between work stress on the organizational silence at the company under study, and to achieve the desired aims, the study applied the case study method.

Therefore, the researchers has developed a questionnaire based on some previous studies, which they were sure of their validity and reliability.

The study population was represented in all the administrative employees at the Libyan Insurance Company in Benghazi, They were about (50) administrative.

In analyzing the study data, statistical computer program services were used through the software contained in (SPSS).

The results found were summarized as follows: the study revealed that the general level of work stress came weakly while organizational silence was moderate.

The study showed a statistically significant effect of work stress on organizational silence at a significant level (5%).

The study showed that the dimension of losing job security as one of the dimensions of stress is having an effect on organizational silence.

Finally, study provided a set of recommendations that will hopefully be followed to reduce the level of work stress and organizational silence at the Libyan Insurance Company under study.
