Abstract EN

This research sought to determine the impact of Talent Management Processes in achieving Organizational Ambidexterity in application in our Iraqi governmental organizations, and in order to achieve this, the Talent Management Dimensions of (Attracting, Selecting, Developing, Maintaining) were adopted based on (Phillips, 2009), and the adoption of the dimensions of Organizational Ambidexterity represented by (Exploratory Innovation & Exploitative Innovation) based on (Jansen, 2005), Where the General Authority for the Maintenance of Irrigation and Drainage Projects in Baghdad was chosen as a field for research through a questionnaire that included (90) members of the authority, in addition to personal interviews.

The correlation coefficient (Spearman) and (t) Test were used to know the significance of the relationship between the variables, and (F) Test to determine the significance of the regression equation, and (R2) was used to explain the amount of the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable.

The descriptive analytical method was used, Among the most important conclusions that were reached is that, Talent Management Processes have an active and moral role in the growth of organizations and their competition through achieving organizational Ambidexterity that contributes to achieving the sustainability of strategic success.
