Abstract EN
phenomenon of social integration is considered among the phenomena affecting many aspects of social life.
Social marginalization and conflict can weaken social integration, and there is a need to study psychological flexibility to overcome the crises and pressures we are exposed to.
The individual who lacks Psychological flexibility finds it difficult to deal with the problems and traumas he faces.
Thpe concept of social integration takes the meaning of the process that enables individuals to integrate into their societies (Maliki, 2013: 5).
The basic research sample consisted of (200) male and female students.
The researcher prepared a scale of social integration while using a ready-made scale of flexibility.
The aim of the research is to identify: 1.
The level of social integration among the displaced students of the University of Mosul.2.
The level of psychological resilience of the displaced students of Mosul University.3.
The relationship between social integration and psychological resilience among university students who are displaced.4.
Statistically significant differences in the relationship between social integration and psychological resilience among university students from the displaced students according to the variables (gender, specialization).
The research get into the following results: 1.
The level of social integration among the displaced university students is within the average level, as is the psychological resilience.2.
There is a statistically significant relationship between social integration and psychological resilience There is a statistically significant difference in social integration according to the gender variable and in favor of males.3.
There is a difference according to specialization and in favor of the scientific.4.
There is a statistically significant difference in psychological flexibility according to the gender variable and for the benefit of males, and there is a difference according to the.
specialization and for the benefit of the scientific.
Based on the results reached, the researcher recommends the need for officials in the Ministry of Higher Education to pay attention to effective educational programs that contribute to the development of social relations, thus consolidating social integration between them.
Educating parents about the need to provide a psychological and social atmosphere that contributes to the consolidation of social relations between individuals.
The researcher also set a number of suggestions, including conducting a study on.
