The research is a comparative jurisprudential study which elaborates on the effect of fatherhood upon jurisprudential instructions.

The research, furthermore, highlights other issues like Adultery, the rule of retribution, the provisions of alimony, and testimony.

These issues are explained through the lenses of the jurisprudential schools that rely upon the authenticity of the hadith.
