Abstract EN
Regardless any disputes, the economic factor is among the most important factors in enhancing the international relationships among countries.
Economic interests are usually considered the best solution to what is disturbed by political conflicts.
The relationships between Egypt and Ethiopia, as a case in point, witnessed many political disputes concerning Nile River.
Despite the fluctuated economic conditions of the two countries, they did not stop the process of commercial communication, namely exchanging goods.
This continuous commercial communication witnessed a remarkable development, especially after the entry of Egypt into the COMESA economic bloc.
As such, the economic factor in the relations between the two countries became the most superior one.
