Abstract EN

The fact that the right of ownership of the shareholder has several rights, including the right to attend meetings of general assemblies, whether this presence in person or by proxy, is a translation of the partners exercising their right to control and supervise the management of the company, so we find that the Algerian legislator has been keen to regulate this right and to be surrounded by legal guarantees that put an end to all abuses and deviations that prevent the shareholder from exercising this right.
