The research aims at clarifying the importance of the interest in Islamic legislation and considering its occasion in light of the purposes of the sharia, as its benefit belongs to the all nation.

As the interest took into account the norms and cared about it and alerted to the dangers of fate.

AS interests are not based on pleasure and poor mental and theoretical management and there is also no disruption of human interests in this world and the hereafter, but rather its determination, So, my study came to explain the application of interests contained under the norms and to consider the issues in order achieve the benefit of the Islamic nation.
